Tom's Foolery is a family-owned and run micro-distillery. Our specialty is applejack, an American apple brandy.  And we recently started production of a traditional Double Pot Distilled Sour Mash Bourbon.

Tom’s Foolery Applejack combines the sweetness of crisp apples with the oak flavors of the bourbon barrel to produce a unique spirit that harkens back to the days of the American pioneer. Tom's Foolery seeks to recreate, without reinventing, the signature spirit of an honorable and painstaking tradition.

Only the finest ingredients, selected by the distiller and plant manager, go into our product. No sugar, no coloring, no foolin'. We feel the same about our Sour Mash Bourbon, using quality ingredients and traditional methods to produce an authentic spirit. Northeast Ohio weather will place a unique stamp on this traditional American Whiskey and we can't wait to see what that is!
